Rules and Regulations

1. Entries must be received by the organizers on or before Friday 23rd November 2008. No long sleeve thermacool shirt orders will be accepted after the above date. Late Entries will be accepted after the above date but at an additional fee. Entry forms can be faxed to: 033 342 8492 or enter online LINK TO ENTRY FORM . 2. All categories are according to the age on the day of the event.

3. Any information not completed properly on the entry forms will result in exclusion from categories

4. Please note that a reduced entry tariff to the resort is applicable, Competitors are not exempt from paying. There is a R20 fee per car per day. Busses are excluded.

5. Catering Facilities will be provided to the participants for the duration of the events. Please support the cause as the funds raised will go directly to the Honorary Officers
KZN Wildlife.

6. Confirmation of entries will be sited on this website.

7. Registration takes place ONE HOUR before each event

8. All competitors must ensure their race numbers are written on their left arm at registration.

9. Thermacool shirts must be ordered and paid together with your entry fee, and can be collected at registration. If you are unable to collect the thermacool shirt at registration for some reason, the onus is on the competitor to collect the thermacool shirt.

10. Entrants must be present at prize giving to qualify for prizes.

Indemnity

All entrants participate at entirely their own risk and agree that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the organizing body, any individual organizer or official, marshals, assistant, helper or agents, sponsor, farmer or his land in respect of any injury, loss or damage whatsoever which participants may suffer arising from any injury to their property or person, caused directly or indirectly by the negligence, albeit gross, of one or more of the abovementioned parties.
